2009 Parade of Lights!

Let's Light up Big Alum!

 This year we are hoping to light up the water and shoreline, so please let your imagination go wild as you light up your boats for the parade!

A second "blaze of light" that we hope to have is a shoreline bordered with torchlights to mark the Boat Parade route.  If each property owner will participate by setting up torches or other lights along the water, we should have a one-of-a-kind 4th of July evening.

Paul's suggestions for lighting boats:

* 12 volt rope lighting--can be found by a Google search

* Christmas tree lights--can be powered by a plug-in inverter or a small generator

* Novelty lights requiring no power--www.wcnovelties.com
